Information on entry requirements for specific countries


The conditions and procedures for entering a specific country can be found on the IATA website (International Air Transport Association) in the "Travel Center" section.
You need to enter your passport details, the country you are traveling to, and the country you are departing from, after which you will receive information on whether entry restrictions exist and what the procedure is.

Information regarding entry requirements can also be obtained from the diplomatic and consular offices of the countries included in your itinerary.

Passengers are obligated to inform themselves prior to travel about the general recommendations of the relevant health authorities and the diplomatic-consular representations in order to be familiar with the regulations for entering the country they are traveling to.

Crossing the state border of minors with the Republic of Serbia is possible only with a valid passport or ID card.

Safety behavior rules

Dear passengers,
All of you have the right to safe, secure, and comfortable travel on our aircraft.

Reckless or unruly behavior can ruin your in-flight experience and cause distress to you, other passengers, and the crew.

Passengers who behave inappropriately before the flight may be denied boarding, and during the flight such behavior may result in serious consequences. The aircraft may be diverted or forced to land, authorities may intercept the flight, and the person responsible for disruptive or non-compliant behavior may be arrested, charged, and/or prosecuted.

Examples of disruptive or violent behavior that may compromise flight safety and will not be tolerated include:

  • Abuse;
  • Verbal harassment;
  • Physical assault;
  • Sexual harassment and/or inappropriate behavior;
  • Intimidation;
  • Improper behavior under the influence of intoxicating substances;
  • Refusal to follow crew instructions;
  • Violation of the no-smoking policy;
  • Tampering with smoke detectors;
  • Damaging aircraft equipment (including theft);
  • Endangering passengers and/or flight safety;
  • Using electronic devices when prohibited.

Therefore, we kindly ask you:
1.To follow crew instructions;
2.To respect crew members and fellow passengers;
3.To ensure that your behavior does not compromise your own safety and the safety of other passengers and the flight.
